    Default lost records in the Case module that are associated with a particular Account Name

    Hi, I have Sugar version 4.01e and I have lost records in the Case module that are associated with a particular Account Name. In addition to make things worse the Account Name that the records were associated with no longer appears in my drop down list. Can someone assist me in re-associating the records with the Account name?

    What is your Deployment platform specs? if you want to get a good answer you should include your OS, PHP and database Version information.

    How are your database skills? can you execute SQL statements and comfortable with it?
