Question Lost Subpanels, Lost Contact List

    Hi,

Tried searching but no luck. Hopefully someone out there has seen this and knows why!

    System Info:
    CentOS 5, Asterisk 1.4
    PHP 5.2
    Mysql 5
Sugar Community 5.0a (Will be upgrading just haven't done it yet)
    Apache

The problem I'm having is after some entry of contacts, accounts, some custom module data linking to those now my contacts list is blank, Accounts have no subpanels, and search does work. To describe further:

We have lots of custom fields in all modules, I also re arranged the layouts. The Accounts module had all labels renamed to Client. The custom module links to the contacts and the Accounts module. Contacts also has a custom filed lining to other contacts. I used the module builder and studio to do everything, so no custom file work. There is a logic hook in the contacts to create a customer number. It was working fine. Having tested and played everything was fine. Though I have seen this problem once before I thought it was something I had done on the development machine. Now my production server is down!

One of my users entered there name and there wifes and linked it, They created a client (account) and linked, they used the children (Custom) module to create two children and linked them. Now problems creating everything.. User reported that they got an hourglass that wouldn't go away. Not sure what they did but suspect they closed the window and relogged in.
Went to the contact module and they get the search fields and absolutely nothing else below! The client (Account) is there but when I click on the the account to open it there are no subpanels!
The leads module seems to be the only one working still. Opened up my children's module and it is the same as the contacts. Lists the search boxes and nothing below it.

I have check the mysql DB using myPHPadmin. The data is there and looks good.

Any suggestions? Do I need to file a bug for this or is this the relationships thing I see discussed in the fixes for 5.1.

Thanks for the help, and suggested work arounds.
    Paris

PS I really need to get this production machine back up so the customer can start using Sugar finally!

Cool Re: Lost Subpanels, Lost Contact List

    Bump.

Is this related to the issues I read about having to do with the broken 1-many relationships. I do have some custom fields relating contacts to children and accounts to children and contacts to contacts.

Guess I will have to follow the messy manual fix and see if that helps unless someone has a better idea.

BTW, anyone know if those changes will be upgrade safe?

    Thanks Paris
