Lost User Names from Date Modified & Date Created Fields - Studio Issue

Typical SugarCRM Applicance Server: Redhat, PHP5, MySQL5

I like working with the new Studio, but there's a couple of things I just can't figure out. There are most likely due to my past upgrades, etc. --- not really a bug. I seem to have lost the Created User's Name and Modified User's Name from my Detail Views for the Leads and Targets. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Detail View - Target/Prospects (and my Leads as well).

Example of what I should see:
Date Modified: 12/26/2006 05:13pm by Eric Crawford
Date Created: 12/26/2006 05:13pm by Eric Crawford

But, instead I have:
Date Modified: 12/26/2006 05:13pm
Date Created: 12/26/2006 05:13pm

I think I replaced the fields accidentally when I was moving fields around in the studio. I saw something in one of the metadata files that mentions created_by_name and modified_by_name. It seems like the PHP makes labels or something. Anyone have any ideas on where to start to correct this?
