    Default Mail Issues

    Hi,

I just installed SugarCRM 4.5.0b, and I'm having a couple big problems with email support.
Scheduling is fine and email does get checked and imported.

However, all incoming mail seems to have the timestamp of "2000-01-01 00:00" which makes things very confusing. The headers in the email have the correct times and dates.

Secondly, and more importantly, sending to multiple recipients who are all using SugarCRM for mail causes problems.
Only one person seems to receive the message when I send a copy to 3 people at once. It is successfully being sent, I see it going through when I watch SMTP and can also watch it locally delivered into each users imap folder. When SugarCRM imports the mesages, it's only put into one persons inbox. This is frustrating me to no end.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    -Stephen

Okay, I actually see bug 9005 already filed for the first problem, but I'm not seeing anything on the second.

We've decided the mail system has too many problems that I can't solve for us to use, but we're still looking at the rest of SugarCRM. Too bad, my boss was excited when he saw it had built in mail, because he liked the idea of having everything integrated and in one place .

    Thanks,
    Stephen Pape.
