Hi all,

For a while we've been using SugarOSS 5. We often use the mail merge functionality to merge CRM data to Word documents. This functionality has been working flawless, until last week.

Now, when merging, upon starting, Word throws an error: "error while opening http://urlto.thecrm.system/directory...rypticfilename cannot be opened" (translated from Dutch) . After clicking "OK", the merge works out fine.

What can I do to make this work? I did check:
- permissions on the upload dir (even tried full open / 777)
- ownership of the upload dir (is set to www-data:www-data, just as Apache is configured)

Cleaning out the directory doesn't seem to work either. Does anybody know where this goes wrong?

Some info:
- Ubuntu Linux 8.04 server, x64
- Latest Apache, PHP, MySQL, standard with distro
