Mail merge help

I am trying to do a mail merge and have uploaded the template. But when I click on mail merge, the template is not showing in the dropdown. I just says NONE . However, when I go to the documents module, it's there.

How do I get it to show in the drop down???

I have the same problem. I beleive the mail merge option does not work in Community edition unless you buy the Word plugin.

you need to install the mail merge plugin in order to use the mail merge functionality
