i've got my mail merge plug-in working when it's paired with my test instance on my local machine. it's a production copy of what I have hosted on my website.

i can not get the hosted version to work for the life of me. i'm assuming it's some sort of file permission problem or maybe something to do with the php configuration? i really have no idea what the difference could be since they're exact copies.

i'm able to login in. i know it's logging in because when i change the password to the wrong password it comes back "unable to login" or something like that. i get the "must login at least once" error when i try to define the template. and the "object references a non-object" message when trying to actually perform the mail merge.

can someone let me know if they have any ideas on how i can get mail merge for word to work on my hosted instance?
