Default Mail notification upon new lead

    Hi,

I have a contact form generated from Leads. Is it possible to make an email notification when the contact form is submitted and the data from the form is sent to Leads? So that I can be informed when there is new info.

    Thanks

    Hello,

if you are using SugarCRM Pro or Ent, then you can set this up using workflow.

Otherwise, you would need to customize/code the system to send out an email.
Intelestream has a great deal of experience hosting and customizing the SugarCRM application. Our company is made up by former employees of SugarCRM, and together we have over 50 years of experience working with the application. Hi,

    Thanks for the answer.

Currently I'm using the community edition. Perhaps it will be possible to use the contact form to send an email when submitting the data to sugar?
