Mail won't get new messages - old intial messages

Hi guys,

For the most part SugarCRM is working like a charm - I am having a problem with mail however. I can successfully connect to my accounts on my server (SmarterMail v4) via both IMAP and POP3. When I create a account Sugar will download all the mail for the account and place it into the email_cache table in mySQL. However it will never download any mail after that - I hit check mail over and over again but it won't show new mail when the Web based email client that comes with Smartmail will show there are new mails. This happens on both POP3 and IMAP.

Can anybody think of a reason why it would download right after setting up the account - but not again after that?

Our server is

Win2k3
IIS 6.0
PHP 5.2.1 (yes IMAP library is running)
MySQL 5.0.37-community-nt
SugarCRM 5.2a Community

Bump

Anybody else having this problem? It just won't get any new mail after the initial check.

I'm having this same issue on ENT 5.2.0a. "Check Mail" isn't pulling new mail from the IMAP server. Instead, you have to do a full "Synchronize" to get the new messages to appear.
