MailMerge Error: Operation 'get_mailmerge_document' is not defined in the WSDL

Hi,
please see Bug #9306 and this Forum Thread

Problem:
When I want to do a mailmerge I get the following error in MS Word:

Operation 'get_mailmerge_document' is not defined in the WSDL for this service
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

After pressing OK the template placeholders appear with no values.

This is an urgent problem with MailMerge to fix please. If someone can give me an hint i would fix it by myself, but I have no idea where to start and no sourcecode of the Word-Plugin.

Could someone from Sugar please reply to let us know that they have at least looked at the posts about this!

I am going to have to explain that this doesn't work to the Boss this afternoon and he has only just reluctantly agreed to stick with Sugar instead of reverting back to Act. We have a big mail-out we were wanting to send last week and I assured the Marketing staff that this would be fixed by this week!
I have so far heard no reply from anyone who can help with this.

This problem could be the last nail in the coffin of Sugar!

Please fix it or let us know what is wrong at least!!!

I have just had a meeting with my Boss and he has said because of this fault we will be going back to Act.

This means an outlay of £5000, money I would rather have given to Sugar!

I can't understand why no one has answered this thread!

When you finally got around to putting a Mailmerge button in Campaigns, I showed this to all the Marketing staff who were pleased with it but now it doesn't work because of the above error!

This is the only thing that has caused us to drop Sugar.

I have tried alone to promote Sugar with colleagues and am now going to look like a total idiot due to this!

They all wanted Sugar to fail so they could get back to Act and now they have their wish. I'm not looking forward to their smug faces when this is announced.
