Mails from import???

Good morning everybody.

I have a problem in sugar profesional and info at hand.

both have workflows in them that is triggered by a save action, but. I import new accounts via apatar integration, so the workflow does not pick up that a new account has been created.

Any suggestions on how i can fix this.

I need to send them a welcome letter - template.

Hi Paul,

Did you check if you have all the information available in your accounts to make trigger work? Usally if you import new accounts via Apatar, SugarCRM recognize them as new accounts.
