mails as 'plain text' loose <CR> after sending

I use Sugar 5.0.0e Email with the option 'send mail as text' (no HTML).
When writing the text still all formatting buttons are working. But after sending the mail I see (in Sent folder) the sent mail without HTML-formatting (as requested) and without all CR (Linefeed) in the text! That means all the mailtext is on the same line!

Furthermore the default textsize is always 8pt (no matter if with or wo HTML), this is very small and without any comfort. Also the distance between textlines is quite large.

How to customize that?

I too prefer to use the Sugar client for emails but the formatting is so inconsistent.

It doesn't send HTML whether it's selected or not and the CR is lost on plain text too so whatever email gets sent, it's poorly formatted.

When reading inbound emails, it's fine, but when you reply, the email text shrinks.

Is there a way of getting rid of the TinyMCE editor altogether and just using plain text (with CR)?

No solution but just using mails formatted with HTML-option.
