Hi folks. Here's the problem we've encountered. We,re using version 6:
SugarCRM's email client brakes the IMAP accout somehow. Here's what happens:
1) I create a new email account in our Excnahge server
2) I test this account using TheBat client with IMAP - everything is OK.
3) I connect to the account through IMAP from SugarCRM - it connects OK.
4) I close the CRM and TheBat. Then I open TheBat again, and it says LOGIN FAILED
5) I try to connect to the same account from SugarCRM - the same, it fails.
6) I disable the account from Active Directory and enable it again
7) After this TheBat and CRM connects to the account again OK
8) After awhile it start to say LOGIN FAILED again.
To sum up: The SugarCRM client do something that blocks/disables our IMAP mail account. After re-enabling the account everything is OK until it happens again.
I'm totally confused and mindblown, please help.
