Make last viewed panel show different link

In accounts instead of using account name field I am using a custom field called content name. This poses the problem that nothing in accoutn name is created so when the last viewed bar shows the record it jsut shows a folder with no name . Is it possible to make it so it shows the content name field instead of the account name?

You should need to override the modules/Accounts/Account.php and implement the method get_summary_text.
Have a look into include/SugarObjects/templates/basic/Basic.php
