Default Making Changes in Studio and they aren't updating on the front end

Hi guys I put this post in here recently about when I go into Studio and take the Account Type out of the list view it doesn't remove it from the front end. I have noticed that this is a broader problem that seems to affect other parts of the system for example when I go into Studio / Leads / Layouts then into the the homepage dashlet I add and remove fields from there and click Save and Deploy and nothing is changed on the Sugar dashlet on the homepage.

These are the things I have tried to fix it:

    1. resetting all file owners and permissions via SSH to rule out a permissions issue
    2. doing a quick repair and rebuild via the admin
    3. looking at the log in the system root - there was nothing from today's date
    4. hitting the little refresh button on the dashlet (I wasn't sure if this did something other than refresh the front)

I noticed that when I closed the dashlet completely and opened it again it seemed to work. Is this something you have to do each time? The problem with this is I can't do it in instances where its happening to main Sugar pages and not to dashlets because they can't be closed. Logging in and out doesn't do it.

Has this happened to anyone else?

HI guys I still get this happening in various installations of Sugar. I'm not sure if anyone has any ideas, all comments would be appreciated.

maybe clear out the cache folder, so sugar rebuilds files again.

To make sure your changes are reflecting changes in studio, explore the custom/modules/ folder and look for changes in specific module folder you just made in sugar studio.

I had something like this some time ago, with labels and all i had to do was clear out cache folder because it was not rebuilding correctly.

    Hi,
This issue is looking from prefrerence set from advance search->layout options->hide or show column names.
please take a look at it,
if the problem persist tell me exact version of crm so that i can track it out.

I tried deleting the whole contents of the cache folder, didn't do anything. I also made sure both of my custom fields were set to display in the advanced search (which they do) but they still don't show up as columns in the leads list view.

We are running the latest version of Sugar in this particular instance (Version 6.0.1 (Build 4143)) but it happens to 5.5 as well because I have a client running this and the same issue.

Thanks for giving me something to try anyway its really annoying.
