Hi all

We are a company that have been using SugarCRM CE for our Support and Sales Force Automation for the last two years.

During this time we have been using another external system to create our invoices for the Support Tasks we have been offering to our customers during the month... but we would like to have it all in SugarCRM so it would be easier to create reports, and also to work just with a system.

Basically we have a set of Support Cases or tasks Types which have a price per hour. When a contact or account calls us requiring one of this Support tasks we then enter the number of hours required to finish the task and at the end of the month we just make the calculation "number of hours * price depending on task type", and we pass this information to the accounting system....

Is there any module that we can add to our system to insert this functionality in SugarCRM??. I mean to have defined the type of task and its price.... so when we close the month we can create an invoice including all the tasks performed for the account during this month....

If not.. how do you advice us to create such a module like this?
