Hi,
I've just started using SugarCRM 5.2, and I launched my first email campaign a couple of days ago.
The campaign is working fine, the emails are being sent out properly, but there is one problem:
The platform only sends out 136 emails per day, between 5 and 6 pm GMT+1 approximately (I am using Sugar on demand from a server based in the US, but my company is based in Spain).
I think I set up my cron tabs properly. The "Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns" is set to run every 2 minutes. None of my cron tabs say that tasks should be carried out between 5 and 6pm every day, and only 136 emails at a time.
This is annoying cause I'd like to run important email campaigns, and Sugar only seems to be able to send out 100 or so emails per day... it would take me weeks to send out an email campaign with thousands of emails...
Does this have something to do with the fact that I'm using Sugar on Demand? In the contract it didn't say anything about bandwith limitations when using on-demand servers (though I do understand that the Sugar guys don't have any interest in letting people use their servers to send out thousands of emails as this uses up their bandwith).
Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
