Manifest help

I am currently running sugar 5.2 and I want to upgrade to 6.2. I tried to upload and i get error message " missing manifest.php.file" , the i tried to upload 5.5 and i received the same error message "missing manifest.php.file. Please help I would like to upgrade from 5.2 to 6.2.

Hi lewrowe,

As I understand it you can't upgrade directly from 5.2 to 6.2. You would have to upgrade something like 5.2 to 5.5.1, then 5.5.1 to 6.1.6, then 6.1.6 to 6.2.

Hi,
please look at the .zip file , you are trying to upload . the zip must contain manifest.php file at root of archive.
