Manipulating and adding Subpanels to Account Module

I'm brand new to Sugar and I have the later professional version. I'm trying to create a subpanel for schedule A information will will essentially be 50 or so custom fields. It looks like I could create the custom fields and achieve this by manipulating the notes subpanel layout but then I don't have a notes section for the account.

Is there a way to have two note subpanels for every account or an easy way to create new subpanels? It seems like such an obvious feature, I don't understand why it's not available. Hopefully, I'm just overlooking it.

Is it enough to create a new custom module, which has 50 fields, and attach it to the Accounts subpanel?
