Default Many issues arise when I change Module Layout.

To start, here are my specs:

SugarCRM Community Edition v5.0.0b (Build 3150)

    Apache 2.0.59

    PHP v. 5.2.5

    MySQL v5.0.45

Running on a Vista Machine that I am using as a server.

Alright, I am having issues that seem to be related to chainging the layout of differnt views in (specifically) accounts module. I did not make any major changes, just added 3 custom fields, and have one of those showing by default in list view.

Now, whenever I hover over the detailed information arrow, it simply never shows up and says "Loading" at the top.

Also, I have 40 records showing by default. Let's say I want to export 80 of them - I select all (with the select all checkbox) on page on. It says I have 40 records selected. Then I go to the next page and hit the select all check box again as well. IT says that I have 80 selected. When I then select "Export", it asks if I am sure I want to export these "80 Records", but the CSV file only lists the 40 from the last page, but not the first.

So my question is - does changing the layout and adding/taking away default and custom fields in a module result in these types of problems? If so, is there a fix? Thanks in advance, this is driving me crazy.

I removed the assigned to user from listview and everything worked.

FINALLY, someone answered me, I was batting about 0 for 20. I will be sure to try this tomorrow. It is not TOO big of a deal right now, but it will be later. I like to have it listed during normal calling and such, but can remove them, export, then add them back. I will post a response as to what happens with this. Thanks again for your help.

    UPDATE - TO ALL:

This is apparentl a known issue with 5.0. However, luckily, it is a.) getting worked on, b.) can be resolved by removing the user id from the last column as suggested above, and c.) there is a work around that has work - please see this post:

I believe this will work for most (I have not tried it myself as I am away at the moment). If you open this file with something like Notepad++, the line to change is right at line 99. Hope this helps and thanks to Heta for finding a possible solution to this one.
