Hello guys,
I need to map the Knowledge base with Case
Steps i did (Version 6.1.2)
1. Created a relate field in case
2. ensured the Pop up in Knowledge base module
3. But while searching the KB in the case with Relate field, nothing displayed
Is there KB related to user login or i m missing something else?
