I just finally got Sugarcrm running on my Ubuntu box--Whoo hooo!

Before I start using it, I would like some advice on how to separate the accounts from 3 different companies that I own. I did some searching and it seems as though the way to go is to assign a different company "type" to each appropriate account.

I would like to be able to filter out all irrelevant information and focus only on one company's set of accounts.

Can anyone suggest the best way to do this?
