Mass email help please

I have a client that makes mass emails using word, excel, power point. They use all these tools to create graphs, tables, etc. then they put all the information into word and save it as a word document. How can they send these word Docs as mas email campaigns in sugar? Sorry I have yet to use mass emails in sugar so I am completely new to this. If possible I would like to be able to send these right in the body of the email. Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
