I'm new to the forum and having a couple of issues with a client's Sugar... :-)

We are on 6.3.0 RC2.

1st issue

For job function::runMassEmailCampaign that runs every hour on the hour with the cron procedure - it keeps returning status "Failed" - I'm not sure where Sugar logs the failure reasons so I'm not able to tell you why it is failing.

2nd issue

I found sugarcrm.log and opened it. I have these two error lines which are confusing me:

[3773][-none-][FATAL] Configuration variable date.timezone is not set, guessed timezone America/Los_Angeles. Please set date.timezone="America/Los_Angeles" in php.ini!
[3773][1][ERROR] Unable to get proper side for link created_by_link

The 2nd one I have no idea what that means. The first one - I checked php.ini - and even created a test script with phpinfo() in it and date.timezone is definitely set, so I'm not sure why Sugar is squawking.
