Mass Email Scheduler Not Firing

We're trying to get our first mass email out ASAP. I set the scheduler to fire on the hour, and the period to span the current time. It didn't fire on the hour so I modified it again to fire on the half hour as well and expanded the period to be 24 hours a day. It's still not firing.

When I look at the scheduler details, the Last Successful Run is "Never"

Is there something else I'm missing to get this going?

I think I've found the answer to this question. According to the Sugar Wiki, schedulers in the On-Demand version of sugar need to be enabled by SugarCRM Customer Support before they will function.

You are correct. The cron job needs to be set on the server that is hosting your instance. So if Sugar is hosting your instance, then they need to set this so that the scheduler can run.

For all others who are hosting their own instances, the cron needs be be set. You can view this by going to Admin-->Scheduler. At the bottom of the page will be the command you need to set up

Hi all

i am using sugarcrm 5.1CE.
Previously i was facing problm to run a php file in command prompt but it is solved now...

When i am runing my cron.php in C:\xampp\htdocs\sugar3\SugarCE-Full-5.1.0b directly in command prompt like......

C:xampp\php>php.exe -f C:\xampp\htdocs\sugar3\SugarCE-Full-5.1.0b\cron.php

It is showing error as---------

Bad data passed in;<a href="http://localhost\sugar3/SugarCE-Full-5.1.0b">Return to Home</a>
Fatal error: cannot redeclare class Tracker in C:\xampp\htdocs\sugar3\SugarCE-Full-5.1.0b\modules\Trackers\Tracker.php on line 45

After that i run that cron .php thru batch file as per command given at botom of admin->scheduler..........still am getting same error ..........
And my batch file contains......C:\xampp\php\php.exe -f C:\xampp\htdocs\sugar3\SugarCE-Full-5.1.0b\cron.php

am not getting where is that tracker class redeclared...........
Plz anyone show me way how to resolve this problm......i need to resolve this very soon.......
