I am trying to understand the design behavior of mass update as it relates to Account reasigment from a 'Contact' list..

When you Mass update a list of 'Contacts' to reassign the 'Contacts' to a new 'Account' the Notes and History follows the 'Contact' as expected.

However when you view the new 'Account' the notes do not show up. They still appear under the old 'Account' name.
I expected the notes and other linked items to follow to the new 'Account'.

If this is the expected behavior are there options that allow you to modify this?
