Mass Upload to History

If we send a blast email (not using Sugar) to 100 Accounts, is there a way to mass upload a note to the History section of each of those accounts that an email was sent so that we don't have to do them one by one?

Create a csv-file with columns for accountid, fixed String "Accounts", SUbject of the mail and perhaps the content like this:

"1234-123-123","Accounts","SPAM No.123","Dear receiver...."
"1234-123-143","Accounts","SPAM No.123","Dear receiver...."
...

Then you can import this csv file in notes list view by setting the import fields
parentid, parenttype,subject, description
