Massmailing to a contact in a company

is it possible to do a mass mailing to companies with a special contact in the address field?
So, I've got one special contact within this company I want to address.

Company X
Mr. Contact X Y
Company Street
Company City

Dear Mr. Contact Y,

How is this possible?

create a custom bit field in contacts named keycontact
add thos field to editview, detailview and advanced search
now set the field in all the special contacts
search for the set contacts
add them to a target list (very simple if you have power prospecting installed)
ready
