meeting invitation link format

When we create a new Meeting and use the Send Invites feature, the emails are sent as text/plain with content like this:

Accept this meeting:
<http://mysugarsite/acceptDecline.php?lots_of_parameters>

Tentatively Accept this meeting
<http://mysugarsite/acceptDecline.php?lots_of_parameters>

Decline this meeting
<http://mysugarsite/acceptDecline.php?lots_of_parameters>

When viewed in Outlook or Thunderbird email clients the links are clickable. When viewed in SugarCRM they are not only un-clickable, the '<http:/' portion is stripped off such that it looks like this:

/mysugarsite/acceptDecline.php?lots_of_parameters>

Is there some setting I have missed or toggled in the wrong way?

I have not been able to fix this problem, it seems it is a sugarcrm bug

I have the same problem. In fact, the mail sent by the "send invites" button is written in plain/text, not in html, so the links are not clickable. And I didn't find how to send these mails in HTML.

If any one know, it will be great...

Nasty bug, I did some digging on this one and found out that it's probably caused by safe_html module which strips potentially harmful content from incoming mail.

Anyway, a quick workaround exists, just edit your notify language files (*.notify_template.html) based on sugarcrm/include/language and remove all "<" and ">" characters form message contents. Actually, there are many links surrounded with <> so this probaby is a global problem when receiving notifications to internal email client.

Sadly, still no HTML notifiactions. We get around that one by installing "Text link" add-on to Mozilla Firefox.
