We are having a strange problems with the notification emails sent by sugar on creation of a new meeting. The start time of the newly created meeting is off by -1 hour only in the notification email. It shows the correct meeting time in both the SugarCRM site and in MS Outlook after syncing. Our server is running on the Canada/Pacific Timezone (GMT-8), and all our users are also in that timezone.

We tested by creating a TEST meeting for 12:00 today.

In Sugar it shows:

Start Date & Time: 2006/10/05 12:00

In the invitation email that gets sent out it shows:

Start Date: 2006/10/05 11:00 (GMT-8)

We are running version 4.5.0c. Any ideas what might be wrong? or is this a known bug? I did try searching the bug list but couldnt see a relevant bug.
