Meeting Times Display on Calendar Only As 20:07:00

Using v 4.5.12 (build 1273) hosted at godaddy linux delux hosting

Scheduled meetings display on Calendar for the correct day but only at the time of: 20:07:00.

This happens no matter the time or day of the scheduled meeting.

The time zone is set correctly and other time functions work correctly.

It's in the Admin -> settings tab.
