Meetings showing up in ListView, but not in Dashlet

Hi Sugarers,

I have a bunch of meetings scheduled in Sugar, and all of them are displaying properly in my ListView. For some reason, though, they're not displaying in the MyMeetings dashlet. I've checked all of the obvious things -- filters, preferences, etc.

The MyCalls dashlet works fine, so I think it's something specific to Meetings (as opposed to something grander, like relationship issues). I have no idea why they're not showing up.

To which user are the meetings assigned when you view them in ListView mode?

They're not assigned to anyone -- in my setup, I don't have that field in EditView, because no one is allowed to assign meetings to anyone other than themselves.

I take it the Dashlet uses assigned_user_id to populate the list? I'll add in the appropriate field (and hide it) and report back!

Thanks Angel! Your question pointed me right at the problem. I added in the assigned_user_id field (then hid it, since it really is useless for us), and now the meetings show up perfectly in the dashlet!

Your posting helped me fix my issue as well in the Calls dashlet. I was having the problem with dashlet data suddenly disappearing. Added the User column and than removing it again fixed my issue. Thanks!
