Meetings showing up twice in the calendar?

When I schedule a meeting, sometimes it shows up twice in my calendar (and twice on the Home page under My Meetings). If I try to delete one of them, the other is also deleted. Is there a way to keep this from happening?

Perhaps you could write a logic hook to check if it is introduce the data already before saving.
