Member of Fuction in Acct??

How does making an Acct a member of another account help, if we search the contacts in either the primary or the secondary acct, it shd display both the primary and the secondary acct member, which it doesnt , so wht is the function of that piece??

Basically, the member of Account is to combine the infomation of one account with another. This is to streamline the accounts and information related to each other.

i appreciate your reoly but, whn u mke a search of an account it doesnt feature all the members of both the accounts....
