Default Member Organisations and Direct Reports

    Hi,

How do I remove the Direct Reports from the Contacts subpanels and the Member Organistation from the Accounts Subpanel - I don't see the point of them.

They are both useful if you need to visual reporting structures. For example: When you want to attribute for a parent company, instead of making a 1 to many of accounts onto account you can use Member Organization. Direct reports is an easy way to track reporting structure of companies that you work with.

Either way you can change the subpanels by changing the subpaneldefs.php file in each module.

Agree with Josh ... very useful tools for modelling corporate management hierarchies and relationships between corporate group entities.

Editing the Subpaneldefs.php didn't work, when I edit the custom version nothing happens and when I edit the version in the modules/ none of the subpanels will appear.

    Hi,

Found a reason to Use the Member Organisations subpanel.

My only question is now what type of relationship is it?

If I make one Account a Member Organisation of another I would like each Account to appear under the related account?
