Menu "moduleList" stopped working

Hello,
I tested version 6.2.1 of SugarCRM in a shared server.
I have a problem in the menu bar "moduleList", sub-menu does not appear when I click the parent menu ,I followed this tutorial "Required File System Permissions" but the problem persists.
On the other hand, in localhost everything works fine.
I need your help!

when i click on admin link in the top menu , i have this:

Support
Activités

Tout "

don't work.

When the cursor hover a link I have this URL in the status bar of the browser:
http://www.example.com/index.php?mod...&action=index#
and when I click on Marketing for example, I stay on the same page.

Follow the tips in my first post here.
Make sure configuration in "Display Module Tabs and Subpanels" and "Configure Grouped Modules" are OK.
