merge contacts error

When I merge contacts I get he following error:

Notice: Undefined property: Contact::$prospect_list_id in x:\websites\sugarcrm\modules\MergeRecords\Step3.ph p on line 219 PHP Notice: Undefined property: Contact::$prospect_list_id in x:\websites\sugarcrm\modules\MergeRecords\Step3.ph p on line 227 PHP Notice: Undefined property: Contact::$prospect_list_id in x:\websites\sugarcrm\modules\MergeRecords\Step3.ph p on line 309 PHP Notice: Undefined index: id_name in x:\websites\sugarcrm\modules\MergeRecords\Step3.ph p on line 219 PHP Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in x:\websites\sugarcrm\modules\MergeRecords\Step3.ph p on line 219

The accounts merge works correctly, any ideas would be appreciated.

Also I installed invoices and then removed it now I get this at the bottom of all the pages:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: Invoice in x:\websites\sugarcrm\themes\BoldMove\header.php on line 552

How can I get rid of the old indexes. It appears I have a couple of them actually.
