Merging multiple contact names to one account

After importing a csv file from excel into the leads tab, I am having a problem merging multiple contact names to one Account Name. When using excel, I had several contacts for one account and each contact was listed in a different row. See example below:


Account Name------------Contact Name-------Telephone Number

XYZ Co----------------------Jon Doe---------------123-456-7891
XYZ Co----------------------Jane Smith-----------123-456-6789

In Sugar, how can I merge Jon Doe and Jane Smith to display in the XYZ company Account Name? Does it make more sense to keep them listed separately in the lead list?
