Merging multiple duplicate data after an import

How do I merge multiple duplicate data? I have 200 or so duplicates and can't figure out how to merge them all at once without having to merge individually.

When you say merge duplicates, what is duplicated? How many required fields do you have? What version of Sugar are we discussing?

See the sticky thread about submitting here to get help. Your description doesn't give us enough info to really know what you want to do exactly. Give an example to help us understadn the problem you have run into.

You say you have 200 records. What is duplicated and how is the data to be pruned? How many records should there be?
Did you import twice? Or are the imports from various sources and need to have the data merged? Is there additional data in the Lead/Contact/Account you imported? Which module did you imnport too?

As you can see there is a lot of missing info. Without this its harder to really know what you want to do and the best way to solve it.

If there is no other data, I would use my SQL tools to delete the database records for the imports ar3e start again doing it correctly. If its multiple sources providing info there is more work to do.
