Is it possible to merge an existing user account with a new user account? I know I can duplicate an account but this just carries across settings from the original. What I'm after is a complete duplication of all data related to the original user account i.e contacts, activities, quotas etc.

The reason I ask is that the user of the original account in question is unable to retrieve email attachments. I've duplicated the user's account, everything works perfectly, now it's just a matter of getting all of the associated user data across to the new account.
