Default Migrating data from one PC to another?

    Hello,

I would like to copy all data from Sugar 4.5.1e (installed on my old PC) to Sugar 5.0 (installed on my newer PC).
Is there any better way to do, instead of doing CSV file export/import?

    Thanks.

    hc.
