Question Migrating Data from SF to Sugar

Hi, I was wondering if there was more detailed documentation in transferring data from SF to Sugar?

Currently I am running 4.2.1 stable and I'm trying to replicate what I have on SF to Sugar. Running on RHES 4.2 Linux/PHP5.1.4/Apache 2.0.58/MySQL 4.1.x

This mainly involves the following: Leads, Accounts, Contact, Opportunities.

I've run into a problem where the dropdown/picklist items are not transferred over as well as activities/History/Tasks. I've also had some trouble migrating custom fields. I can create them and insert them into the layout, but the aren't appearing correctly. Are there any resources I can look at to assist in the migration?

Thus far I've just been exporting data and importing as csv, but picklist items as well as others don't get fully migrated over.

I also had a question with 4.5, does 4.5 have a better UI for the Layout Manager? The one in 4.2.1 is pretty confusing at first glance when compared to SF.

I appreciate any help. Thank you!

Do you have the SF Web Service interface enabled, and if so, do you have your enterprise WSDL from sf that would provide your custom fields? Alternatively, does your CSV include the SF custom fields?

    Ilan.
