I am trying to migrate to a new host but Sugar won't play...

We started using SugarCRM hosted by Siteground, but they are not supporting upgrades of Sugar to v5 and beyond. So I have found another company that can host Sugar for us.

I've done a complete database dump and FTP'd the entire Sugar directory, subdirectories and files. After I copied the files onto the new host and restored the database I checked that everything looked ok (including a spot check of database records, that kind of thing).

I also changed the config.php file, so that it has the new database name, host name, username and password. Also changed the site URL.

Plus I went to the php.ini on the new host and made sure all the settings are right for Sugar.

But when I go to the URL http://www.ourdomain/crm/team then I get a screen which is all white, except for these characters:





Any idea what is going on? Can you give me any tips for making the migration between hosts?
