Missing Archive File

After I tried upgrading from 4.5.1 to Beta 5.0 and that the processed hanged (not really sure why) I get this message when I go to Admin/Upgrade Wizard:

Error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ''

I tried deleting all entries in the Upgrade History table...no luck
I tried deleting all files in the upgrade folder...no luck

Any suggestion?
