Missing Attachment - Email forwarding - SugarOS4.2.0d

We are using Sugar OS ver 4.2.0 Initially installed 4.2.0a, then upgraded to 4.2.0d.
We have a problem with Mail Attachment.

I found your reference in sugar forum, and by your replies, I presume you are looking in the e-mail related issues.

Our Problem: When we FORWARD a mail from Sugar, the original attachment goes missing. If we attach a new file while forwarding everything goes smooth, BUT this is with previously attached Attachments.

We are using Linux Box, with PHP4.3, MySQL, Apache

I have not applied 4.2.0b & c patch, and directly updated 4.2.0d, is this the reason.......
