Missing classifications

This week I installed the WIMP-version.

I am missing a "classification"-tool so I could classify my contacts, for example as reseller, partner, customer etc. Or customer from product x or y. With this classification we have to manage campaigns.

What do you prefer in sugarcrm to solve this issue?

I'm not sure I understand your question 100% but if you need to classify them you can always create a new custom field if Sugar doesn't have anything built in to support your needs.

The result should be, that we can choose the right contacts for a campaign. Now I have seen, that the search form for leads for campaigns is much more better then the serch form for contacts for campaigns.

I did not found in the studio where I could change the search-forms for campaigns. If we could build in a new field with own classifications, that would be fine.
