Missing Column header in Roles Management

Hi,

I am having an issue with the column header before 'View' missing in Role Management. The dropdown for editing under it is also showing no values.

I am detailing it below:

• Sugar Version (6.1)
• Sugar Edition (Sugar Community Edition)
• Category (Roles Management)
• Operating System (Windows XP)
• PHP Version (5.2.11)
• Database ( MySQL 5.0.67)
• Web Server (Apache/2.2.13)
• Platform Linux

Error messages as viewed in Error Console in Safari
TypeError: Result of expression 'this.options[this.selectedIndex]' [undefined] is not an object.

Can anyone help find the reason for this?
