Missing contacts, Accounts, and advanced search not working

hi everyone!

I'm having a couple issues with sugar, I have tried to search and could not find any specific answers to any of my problems.

maybe someone out there can suggest something I could do to make my sugarcrm work correctly.

issues
1: sometimes after a user makes a change to a contact or account, that contact dissapears from that users search results, but if search is done in general search "top right corner" that contact or account will appear, this issue only happens to the user that either modified or created that contact, other users are able to see that contact or account without a problem. funny part is that the contact that the user cannot find will just appear after a couple hours.

2: if I go into either conacts or accounts and do a search I get results, If I do an advanced search and I sort by a date range or when they were last modified I get blanks. also I have over 4,000 contacts which other users can see but when I login as Admin I get 0 contacts and 0 accounts as my results.

3. after upgradeing from 4.5.1g to 4.5.1h are there any files I have to delete? or modify manually... the system did not say anything.

I have other issues but thats enough for now.

have you had any answers for this?
we have the same issue. Missing contacts in advanced search for any user even the one who created it. but in basic search it appears. i am admin and i do not see them as well.

so far no updates from sugar support since last week.
