Running SugarCE 5.2.0j (php 5.2.11, mysql 5.1.36, apache 2.2.13, freebsd7), and one of our users does not get the contacts list to show up when using IE (definitely 8, and possibly 7, although I don't have 7 installed).

It shows up under other browsers when using his account, and it shows up for other users using IE, but it does not work with IE on his account on multiple computers. Tried the usual suspects, such as clearing the cache.

So far as I can tell, this wasn't an issue before we updated from an earlier version of Sugar to 5.2
