I've had SugarCRM up and running for awhile now. It's only recently we've noticed a problem :
On some accounts, new emails aren't always picked up by Sugar (even though they successfully make it to the POP3 inbox). In Sugar, I've tried changing the access type from IMAP to POP3 and it makes no difference... still, only ~70% of emails get to Sugar. Note : there are no external clients accessing these accounts, so nothing is marking them as "read' nor are they being deleted from the inbox... the messages are all there.
Ever seen anything like this? any suggestions? ideas?
OS : Linux 2.6.9-34.ELsmp
Sugar version : 4.2.1 (recently upgraded from 4.1 hoping to magically fix issue... no dice)
Webserver : Apache 1.3.34
PHP version : 4.4.2
MySQL version : 4.1.18-standard
